What makes creative coaching at Post Modern Academy different comes down to what for generations has always made artists and creative minds a force for change by reinventing the status quo and transforming culture from within. How this change takes place is an ongoing and never-ending process. But at the heart of this transformation, we believe that the power of story has always been present.
That is perhaps – until now – at a time when Post Modernism has upended all parameters of structure and so many fear the story of Western society has reached a point of critical crisis. Indeed, that with the rise of Artificial Intelliegence and global warming, we are on the brink of the End of our very civilization and way of life.
A brief overview of the state of confusion and dystopia in the Post-Modern art world may perhaps serve as a pictorial representation of the visual breakdown of this story.
Studies have proven, however, that even subtle tweaks to the way we see our personal story can shift our attitude, improve our self-confidence, and redirect our futures. We may not be able to change the past, but we can change how we see it, the story we tell, and therefore how it affects us and who we become.
In essence, your personal story and how you came to be an artist is a measure of the values you stand for and the lens of how you want your creative brand to be perceived. This is what I do when privately helping artists & authors with our video branding.
And yet why is it there are some artists who are affected by global developments and this breakdown on a more personal level? Who feel a far deeper sense of empathy. Almost a vicarios sense of shared pain with other fellow beings and their common existence in the universe. Why is it always the creative artists in our society whose lives and personal antennae are always so visceraly in tune with the state of anxiety in the world?
With a planet whose virtual disintegration and state of total upheaval can easily be seen parallelled in crisis after crisis of a human population plagued by a constant checklist of maladies, such as:

A general sense of Disconnect
A lack of genuine meaning and
Sense of Anxiety and Depression
A pervasive Apathy and loss of faith
An unwillingness to trust and
